On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the founding of Kurdistan Teachers Union. Dr. Youssef Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research: he appreciated the efforts of the teachers to implement their duties in the best possible way under the despite the pressures of the economic conditions that faced in the Region. Because of that he thanked them and wished them progress and success.
It is worth mentioning that, Dr. Youssef Goran, said this statement on Monday, 15/5/2017, in his visit to the Teachers Union in Erbil, and accompanied by the Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and the Director General of the Ministry.
